The site does not provide real-time navigational data, current tide predictions, live weather forecasts or authoritative chart information.

No Navigation Reliance

The content on this site must not be used as the primary source for navigation decisions. Tidal figures, depths, mark characteristics and meteorological information cited here are general background material. For actual navigation, mariners must rely on:

• Current official BSH nautical charts (corrected to date)
• Current-edition BSH tide tables
• Current DWD maritime weather forecasts and warnings
• Current BSH Notices to Mariners and corrections
• Current BSH List of Lights
• Official pilot books (Seehandbuch) for the relevant area
